Over the past year, Microsoft Teams has helped us find new ways to continue to make cycling simple for our customers. We opened our NYC showroom to riders around the world through Virtual Visits, amplified our customer service team, and found innovative ways to work together to launch new products in an ever-changing work environment. We’re extremely proud that we’ve been able to keep our customers pedaling through the pandemic via this contactless yet connected digital experience.
